Sections shouldn’t sit empty
When a qualified instructor is not on the roster, the college is left with bad options: cancel the section, overload someone already teaching, or spend a term running a search.
Why we exist
Students wait. Programs stall. Faculty on Call exists so that does not have to be the story.
What we believe
The instructor of record must be a real, credentialed human — the person who owns the syllabus, the grades, and the academic decisions. A college should not have to buy new software, or change how students log in, to get that person in the chair.
We use automation so that instructor can focus on students. The human still owns the class; the busywork does not have to. That includes knowing who needs to hear from them, and reaching those students while it still matters.

We provide the Faculty of Record. They teach on your LMS. You keep running the institution you already have.
